What does Countdown Maker do?
Countdown Maker makes it easy to create a countdown video in minutes. With Countdown Maker it is easy to drop in a background that you or someone else created, customize your text, add a few effects, and click export.
What do I need to run Countdown Maker?
You need a Mac running OS 10.4 or higher. We recommend that you use OS 10.5 (Leopard) on an Intel based Mac, but a PowerPC Mac and Macs running OS 10.4 (Tiger) will definitely work as well.
What do I get in the trial?
The trial allows you to do everything, except for exporting a video. You can use it as long as you want too.
Does Countdown Maker support audio?
Unfortunately Countdown Maker currently doesn't support. We're working on it though. Check back for version 2. That is something we'd like to add.
When I add an image background, it just turns white. What's going on?
The image is probably in CMYK or another color space besides RGB. You should just use the Save for Web option to easily correct. For best results, use the PNG-24 format.
When a new version of Countdown Maker comes out, how much will it cost to upgrade?
Nothing! Countdown Maker updates will be forever.

Will you every make a Windows version?
Nope, sorry. We use a lot of powerful technologies that Apple created that are only available on the Mac. Countdown Maker will never be available on Windows, but maybe some of our future products will. We'll just have to wait and see.
After I pay, how long do I have to wait until I get my license?
It only takes 5-10 minutes (depending how quickly PayPal tells our servers that your purchased a copy). If it is taking longer than that, then send Sam Soffes an email, and we'll send it off to you.
